The Naeny residence, located in Bozman, Maryland on the Eastern shore, was built in two stages. The first stage, completed in 1970 was used as a weekend home until the couple both fully retired as educators from Baltimore County, Maryland. Upon retiring in 1995, an addition was added and the newly expanded residence became their year round home. The Naenys have an impressive collection of oriental rugs which are displayed thruout their home.
The home is a featured project in the book, " The Eastern Shore Chesapeake Gardens and Houses."
The home is an excellent example of how well traditional furniture can fit in and blend with contemporary architecture.
