This home on Grindall Street in Federal Hill in South Baltimore, was an end of group home of five units that were converted from an existing warehouse by the architect and a builder. The first floor contains a one car garage and a utility room. The second floor contains two bedrooms and two baths. The third floor is the main living floor with living, dining, & kitchen plus a small deck. The fourth floor contains a large family room/study plus a large deck that overlooks Baltimore harbor. The Domino Sugar sign can be seen on the photo taken from the 4th floor deck. The architect's cat used to jump from the 4th floor deck down a floor at a time till it got to the ground. He meowed to get back in at the bottom. The house had a dumbwaiter which eased the burden of moving shopping packages to the upper floors.
